Cruise ship life can be a mystery, not just for those interested candidates, but for new joiners as well. In order to give you a better idea of what to expect while living on board a cruise ship, our cruise line partner, Royal Caribbean International, has provided us with introductory videos. You will be able to see the process from the moment you board the ship through your first few days at sea.

The Recruitment Process.

1. The process towards success begins with a us at The Seven Seas Group/SSG Evropa. Please visit our Job Seekers page to Register.

2. Register with us today.

3. The Seven Seas Group will send you a log in and password to allow access to your personal details and resume at anytime. Always keep your resume up to date to ensure we find you the most suitable position to match your skills and work experience !!.

4. Post your resume and a recent photo. Need help with your resume? Check out our online guide in our resume /CV section.

5. Change your password to one that is easy to remember once you have access to the JobSeekers page. An automated response will also be sent to your e-mail address confirming that your resume has been successfully posted and submitted to The Seven Seas Group. If you have not received the automated response within 30 minutes after you have updated your registration form with personal details, Resume/CV and other documents, please e-mail us at admin@ssg.eu.com with your concern and we will assist you as soon as possible.

6. Once you have been selected as a potential candidate you will be contacted by one of our Recruiting Specialists for a pre screening interview. We will use this opportunity to ensure that a career at sea meets your expectations – Have your questions ready !!

7. If your Recruiting Specialist determines that you are the right candidate for shipboard life you will be scheduled for a further interview to dicuss in detail the positions we feel most suitable for you.

8. Keep in mind that all communication will be in English and you will be required to communicate clearly in this language.

9. Once we have determined the right postion for you, we will invite you to interview either face to face or over the telephone with a Recruitment Manager directly from the Cruise Lines.

10. Pass the interview and get ready to Sail into your dream career!!

11. The Seven Seas Group will assist you with all your pre joining requirements (visas,medical,letter of employment etc) and guide you each step of the way.
